feat(ux): forum pay-hide depth, clogin OAuth, ban appeals admin, posts-navs widget

- Rainbow clogin aggregate login (rewrite + schema + CLoginClient)
- Native ban appeals tab: approve/reject + lift ban + notify

- Submit editor shortcodes: login/reply/vip/payshow
