fix(vip): 收敛 /user/vip/ 积分入口与购买卡的上下间距

档位卡继承 .aksrt-panel 的 margin-bottom:20px 且此前未在卡片容器内重置，与积分兑换入口自身的 margin-top:12px 叠加成 32px 视觉间距（无入口时与 more 说明叠加成 35px），偏离 12–16px 的区块节奏。在 .uc-vip-level-cards 内清零继承底距：卡片行与入口间距 = 12px（与容器 gap 一致），无入口时与 more 说明间距 = 15px（mt15）。 node --test 420 项通过。
