用户域壳层收口：删除 uh/uc/profile 孤儿 partial 并修正侧栏与宽度选择器

清理减层后已无引用的草稿 partial，让公开主页/作者页侧栏接入 content-layout__aside，并修正 content-shell 与 aksrt-profile 同节点时的宽度选择器。
