fix(ns): class_exists() must use FQCN after PSR-4

Bare class_exists('Balance') looks up global Balance, always false
under AKSRT\* namespaces → REST 403 on balance exchange and friends.
Rewrite string checks to AKSRT\{Domain}\{Class}.
