fix(layout): restore Zibll float dual-column so content no longer overlaps sidebar

Align main shells to main.container > .content-wrap + .sidebar siblings, drop
content-shell padding on dual-column hosts, and remove route flex overrides that
disabled the negative-margin sidebar math.
