chore(repo): 行尾规范化，恢复索引 LF 契约

远端 9 个文件以 CRLF 入库，违反 .gitattributes「索引一律 LF」声明，
在 autocrlf=true 的工作区产生永久假脏并阻塞合并。仅行尾变化，无内容改动。
