fix(attachment): 补充上传大小配置的单位与标签

- SPA Schema 的大小限制 repeat 子字段补上 unit: 'M'，避免数字被误读为数量；PHP Schema 早已带单位，两侧一致 - 标签「可上传」改为「可上传大小」，与单位 M 搭配后语义明确 - 管理端 SPA 已重新构建，421 项契约测试通过
