fix(header): 修复窄屏展开菜单按钮图标拉高且与相邻按钮不对齐

1. svg 缺少 viewBox：core/reset.css 的 svg{height:auto} 覆盖 main.css
   的 1em 后无固有宽高比，回退到替换元素默认高度 150px，按钮被撑到
   160px。补上与 sprite 符号一致的 viewBox="0 0 1024 1024"。
2. 按钮类从 but 换成 aksrt-nav-icon：与右侧搜索/用户图标共用
   header-userbox.css 的 34px 居中图标按钮规范，垂直中心与整行对齐。
