kate522 0374de3fec fix(revenue): drop dead affiliate_settlement_days field from JS schema ...

The immediate-credit model removed settlement, but only the PHP schema
side was cleaned. The JS admin schema still rendered a savable-but-unread
"结算观察期" field. Remove it from both the defaults and field list, and
rebuild the admin SPA bundle so it no longer surfaces.
