Keep only balance, Alipay, WeChat, PayPal, Stripe, Epay, and card-pass
channels; remove placeholder aggregators. Add dual-channel Epay gateway
with MD5 notify/return, register cashier methods, and gate card-pass
redeem behind the payment channel switch.
