kate522 bfb64211ee fix(header): wire multi-function page-type enable like zibll 
Connect header_components_show_on through aksrt_header_slide_is_show with
zibll page-type matching, drop the homepage-only gate, align admin options,
apply nav color, enqueue by is_show, remove dead float-btn schema, and
consume footer_tabbar_single extend mode on post singles.

kate522 4fe4d79da0 fix(frontend): rehydrate 根节点兼容 Element 无 getElementById 
评论排序/点赞在 AJAX rehydrate 时 root 为 Element，调用 getElementById 抛 TypeError；改为 Document/Element 安全查找，并补上评论排序委托点击。
