kate522 c5c238bb63 fix(nav): stop Bootstrap .collapse from hiding desktop top bar 
Markup used `collapse navbar-collapse`; BS5 hides `.collapse:not(.show)`.
Drop the `.collapse` class in the header shell and force desktop
`.navbar-collapse` to display:flex so menu/CTA/user/search stay visible.

kate522 fb5418e5e4 fix(nav): hide mobile drawer/search off-flow to kill blank band 
Desktop was rendering .mobile-header / .mobile-navbar in document flow
because Bootstrap 5 has no visible-xs-block and drawer CSS only ran
inside max-width:767px. Hide drawer shell by default; only show as fixed
off-canvas on small screens. Also fix orphan CSS rules in navbar-core,
give .navbar-search position:fixed so the overlay never reserves height.

kate522 584cb4e871 fix(nav): stop dual overflow folders fighting on insertBefore 
Remove legacy initNavOverflow from enhancements.js (core/nav.js owns
zibll navFolding). Harden clearFolding against detached more nodes and
skip counting existing .aksrt-nav-more during fold measurement.

nav_folding/chevron, VIP switches, and SPA/PHP schema parity. No dual-class
compat paths.
