kate522 6ce6ce44e4 fix(layout): stop content-layout width:100% from covering the sidebar 
Zibll dual-column relies on margin carving out .content-layout while width
stays auto. Under border-box, width:100% + margin-right kept the border-box
at full container width so .sidebar (margin-left:-311px) sat under the main
column. Drop the forced 100% width, pin layout 2/3 gutters and sidebar
negative margins to Zibll's 311px (+ CSS var fallback).

content-shell padding on dual-column hosts, and remove route flex overrides that

When permalink_structure is empty, rest_url() is
index.php?rest_route=/aksrt/v1. Naive base+endpoint produced
rest_route=/aksrt/v1/banners?kind=banner (query inside route value),
so WP returned rest_no_route and Banner/Hero managers 404'd.
Fold path into rest_route and append extra params as siblings.

Desktop entries were stacking after the logo because navbar-form.navbar-right
lost Bootstrap 3 float:right. Use flex:1 on the primary menu and
margin-left:auto when no menu is present so publish/user/search sit right.

Drop the `.collapse` class in the header shell and force desktop

kate522 fb5418e5e4 fix(nav): hide mobile drawer/search off-flow to kill blank band 
Desktop was rendering .mobile-header / .mobile-navbar in document flow
because Bootstrap 5 has no visible-xs-block and drawer CSS only ran
inside max-width:767px. Hide drawer shell by default; only show as fixed
off-canvas on small screens. Also fix orphan CSS rules in navbar-core,
give .navbar-search position:fixed so the overlay never reserves height.
